Fatimah Moody

Keith Moody

President

Ms. Moody, started LinkVisum Consulting Group in 2007 because of her passion to provide exceptional client service, work in a collaborative friendly work environment, and create innovative solutions to address today’s business challenges.  Ms. Moody has more than 18 years of experience leading teams  successfully to assess key human capital business challenges and design/implement effective, sustainable solutions. Her expertise includes strategic planning, organizational and leadership development, intervention design, process improvement, and change leadership. She also has served as program manager for a number of Federal large-scale multi-faceted human capital project teams. A trusted consultant, leadership coach, and organizational development professional, Ms. Moody has successfully advised many organizations in both public and private sectors.   

Mr. Moody brings over 25 years of experience providing professional services to the United States Government and Global 1000 corporations. His experience includes operational process improvement, cost benefit analysis, organizational design, technology assessment, and technology deployment. He holds a BS in Management Information Systems from Syracuse University and an MBA from Kenan-Flagler Business School at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. During his career, he has supported projects at the Department of Agriculture, Department of Labor, Department of Transportation, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Health and Human Services, Department of the Treasury, and Department of the Navy.

Rob Schmitz

Human Capital and Training Lead

Mr. Schmitz has 15 years of experience with federal agencies and large corporations, providing innovative solutions and expertise in strategic planning, project/program management, operational analysis and improvement, organizational development, human capital, and transformational change management. Mr. Schmitz has directed, managed or provided subject matter expertise for a broad range of consulting efforts with the Department of Agriculture, Department of Commerce, Department of Defense, Department of the Navy, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Labor, Department of Transportation, Department of the Treasury and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. He has a BA in Economics and Psychology from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.

Ms. Vianello has over 18 years of experience, 10 of which have been focused on providing strategy, communications, change management, and program management office support for federal government agencies. She has worked as a project manager and leadership coach. Ms. Vianello is a Myers-Briggs® Type Indicator (MBTI) certified practitioner and is certified in the Prosci® Change Management Process. She earned a BA in psychology from Colgate University, an MA in Education and Human Development from The George Washington University, and an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.

Cairo Srey 

Business Transformation and Innovation Lead

Mr. Srey has spent over 20 years helping clients solve business problems or meet strategic objectives through modernization initiatives in support of enterprise-wide business process re-engineering and the application of technologies. He possesses extensive experience working with business units in numerous organizations in both public and private sectors to analyze their processes and requirements, and deliver solutions that meet their objectives. He believes in taking an approach that involves establishing a platform for increased cooperation and putting client needs at the center of service delivery. Mr. Srey’s growing list of Federal clients include the Department of Education, Department of Energy, Department of Labor, Department of the Navy, Department of the Treasury, Federal Aviation Administration, and the Food and Drug Administration. He has a BS in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Maryland.

Wendy McGill

Office Manager

Ms. McGill has over 35 years experience in various fields including IT Operations, IT Support, IT Training and Onboarding, Cost Analysis and Control, Marketing, Website Development, Accounts Payable Support. Ms. McGill has passion for software support and training. She recently implemented email migration and is part of a technology team for  integration of Office 365. Ms. McGill earned her B.S. in Business and Humanities from Liberty University. Ms. McGill is a Major League Baseball fan and enjoys attending Philadelphia Phillies games with her husband.

Beyond our work with clients, LinkVisum is actively involved in supporting the community. We provide financial support and pro bono consulting for different organizations.  In addition, our employees volunteer with many local organizations including Shelter House Fairfax, Room to Read, Junior Achievement, Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Washington, Girls on the Run of Northern Virginia, and Taproot Foundation.
