Ms. Lang brings more than 20 years of experience managing training and instructional design projects for government, private sector, and non-profit organizations. She has supported projects with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Department of Justice (DOJ), and United Negro College Fund (UNCF).

Throughout her career, Kim has focused on designing and developing a wide array of educational products and strategies, ranging from instructor-led training (ILT) and virtual instructor-led training (VILT) to web-based training (WBT) and blended learning programs.

 

She holds an M.A. in Adult Education/Distance Learning, underscoring her proficiency in crafting educational experiences that cater to adult learners across diverse environments.
